General terms of service
Last updated June 27, 2026. By using GetAutonome you agree to these terms.
1. Service
GetAutonome provides AI agents that perform tasks on your behalf across the systems you connect. You remain responsible for the work your agents do under your account.
2. Plans and billing
Plans are $245 per month per agent, billed monthly, including 1,000 tasks. Extra task credits can be added anytime and never expire. Cancel any time from /my/billing.
3. Acceptable use
No spam, no illegal content, no harassment, no scraping of personal data without consent. Full rules in Platform rules.
4. Data
Your data is yours. We process it as described in our Privacy policy and Data Processing Agreement.
5. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime. Status at /status. We are not liable for downstream third-party outages (Gmail, Slack, etc).
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed 30 days before they take effect.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, with disputes resolved in Stockholm courts unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
