Enterprise terms of service

The contract layer for customers buying GetAutonome on an annual enterprise agreement. These terms replace the self-serve General Terms for in-scope accounts.

1. Order form and MSA

Enterprise customers operate under a signed Order Form referencing these terms as the master service agreement. The Order Form defines committed agents, included task volume, term length and renewal mechanics.

2. Service description

GetAutonome provides AI employees that perform tasks across the systems you connect. Enterprise plans include dedicated agent capacity, priority model routing, custom autopilot rules and concierge onboarding.

3. Pricing and invoicing

Annual term billed in advance, net 30. Overage on task volume invoiced monthly at the contracted rate. No mid-term price increases. Renewal pricing fixed at the lower of (a) prior year price plus CPI or (b) standard list at renewal time.

4. Service level agreement

99.9% monthly uptime on the core agent runtime, excluding documented maintenance windows and third-party downstream outages (Gmail, Slack, etc). Service credits issued for breach, up to 30% of the monthly fee.

5. Security and data residency

EU customers default to EU-only data residency on Supabase and Cloudflare. SOC 2 Type II report available under NDA. Single sign-on via SAML or OIDC included. Audit log export via API or scheduled S3 drop.

6. Data processing

Our Data Processing Agreement applies by default and can be replaced by a mutually agreed DPA on request. Sub-processor changes are notified 30 days in advance with right to object.

7. Confidentiality

Each party protects the other's confidential information with the same care as its own, and no less than reasonable care. Mutual NDA included. Survives termination by three years.

8. Intellectual property

You own your data, your prompts, your agent configurations and any output produced for you. We own the platform, runtime and any aggregated, de-identified usage analytics.

9. Indemnification

We indemnify you against third-party IP claims arising from your authorised use of GetAutonome. You indemnify us against claims arising from your data or use that breaches the Platform Rules.

10. Liability cap

Each party's aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the prior 12 months, except for breaches of confidentiality, IP indemnity, or wilful misconduct.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate for material uncured breach with 30 days' notice. On termination we provide a 90-day data export window before permanent deletion.

12. Governing law and venue

Governed by the laws of Sweden, disputes resolved in Stockholm courts unless mutually agreed otherwise in the Order Form. Customers in the US may elect Delaware law and SF Bay venue.

13. Contact
