Cookie settings
A short, honest list of every cookie GetAutonome sets, why it exists, and exactly how to turn it off.
Our policy in one line
GetAutonome only sets cookies that are strictly necessary to run the product, plus a single privacy-friendly analytics cookie you can opt out of at any time. We never set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we never share cookie data with third-party ad networks.
1. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies cannot be disabled because the product literally stops working without them. They are scoped to getautonome.com, expire when you log out, and are never used for analytics or marketing.
- sb-access-token, sb-refresh-token, your login session, expires when you sign out.
- csrf-token, protects forms and Stripe checkout from cross-site request forgery.
- checkout-intent, remembers which agent you were about to hire while you sign up or sign in.
- ga-locale, stores the language you selected so the UI loads in the right language.
2. Product analytics (opt-in)
We use anonymous, first-party product analytics so we know which agents customers hire most, where setup gets stuck, and where to invest. No IP addresses are stored in raw form, no cross-site tracking is performed, and data is never sold or shared with third parties. You can opt out at any time by emailing privacy@getautonome.com with the subject line "Opt out analytics", and we will exclude your account permanently within 24 hours.
3. No marketing or advertising cookies
We do not run Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel or any retargeting tracker on getautonome.com. Our growth comes from word of mouth, partner referrals and our own AI agents, not from following you around the internet.
4. Managing cookies in your browser
Every modern browser lets you view, block and delete cookies for individual sites. Clearing GetAutonome cookies will sign you out and you will need to log in again. If you block strictly-necessary cookies, the app will not be able to keep you signed in or complete checkout.
5. Questions
Privacy or cookie questions go to privacy@getautonome.com. Full details on data handling are in our Privacy policy and Data Processing Agreement.
